• 100-Night Risk-Free Trial: Eligible products (such as our Goose Down Pillows) qualify for a 100-Night Sleep Trial. If you are not satisfied within the trial period, please contact us at billy@bestsleeperpillows.com.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Defective Goods: For items covered under our 1-Year Limited Warranty, please refer to Section 6.
